Consumer:Severe conduction abnormalities, some requiring pacemaker placement, have been reported during paclitaxel therapy. Therapy with paclitaxel should be administered cautiously in patients with or predisposed to conduction disorders. Clinical monitoring of cardiac function is recommended during subsequent paclitaxel therapy.
