Consumer:Procarbazine is metabolized by the liver and kidney. Approximately 70 % of procarbazine is excreted in the urine. Patients with renal impairment may be at increased risk for toxicity from procarbazine therapy at recommended dosages. Therapy with procarbazine should be administered cautiously in patients with compromised renal function.
