Bendamustine injection should be used with caution in patients with mild hepatic impairment. Bendamustine injection should not be used in patients with moderate (AST or ALT 2.5-10 X ULN and total bilirubin 1.5-3 X ULN) or severe (total bilirubin > 3 X ULN) hepatic impairment.
