Consumer:Based on a population pharmacokinetic analysis of crizotinib no starting dose adjustment is needed for patients with mild or moderate renal impairment. Care should be exercised when using this agent in patients with severe renal impairment as the exposure to crizotinib is increased in these patients. It is recommended to administer crizotinib at a dose of 250 mg taken orally once daily in patients with severe renal impairment not requiring dialysis.
